This interactive tool helps people build robust evaluations that incorporate the six dimensions of health service quality, outlined in the Alberta Quality Matrix for Health (AQMH), and standardized implementation outcomes.

All implementation and evaluation initiatives are different. This tool is designed to help you think about how to build implementation considerations into your

AQMH-based evaluations.

WHO IS THIS TOOL FOR?

If a new program is successful, teams want to know how that program was implemented so they can replicate the program at other sites. If a new program isn't going well, teams need to understand why so they can learn from the experience and improve their implementation efforts along the way.

This tool helps teams ask the right questions and use appropriate measurements  to evaluate their implementation efforts.
